Palermo

Both my coworker and Derik's coworker independently told us that we needed to eat at this sandwich shop called Palermo in Miraflores, so we made a point to go there during all our walking around the neighborhood. I got the chicharron and Derik got the asado.. Mine was suuuuper good, really delicious and just fatty enough, and had slices of sweet potato inside too. I definitely recommend this place. Yum.
