TACA airlines and the journey to sudamerica..

Our 'budget' flights have been kind of awesome. The people with TACA are very nice and helpful and there are full meals, free drinks, and in-flight movies. Flying into El Salvador was interesting.. It's so green and tropical there, warm and humid with plants everywhere. It's a beautiful country from what I saw from the air. We were tasked with getting chicken from a particular restaurant in the airport, but it turned out to be outside the airport and we didn't feel like venturing further during our short layover. I've been using my Spanish skills, and its been fine so far having basic conversations with people - I'm able to ask and reply to questions and understand people's responses, yay! Not too much to report yet other than some pictures of our meals. We're on the flight to Lima right now!
